What we collect
When you request a consultation we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number, the procedure you are interested in, your preferred language and contact method, and anything you choose to write in the message field. We also collect standard, non-identifying website analytics such as pages viewed and device type.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, schedule and conduct consultations, and communicate with you about your care and travel. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the medical details you share for advertising.
Who processes it
Consultation requests are handled through Pulse Protocol, our patient-coordination platform, which stores form submissions on our behalf. Website analytics and advertising measurement are provided by Google and Meta. Each processor is bound by its own privacy policy and handles your data only for the purposes described here.
Your rights
Under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties you may access, rectify, cancel or oppose the use of your personal data (ARCO rights) at any time by writing to the email address above. We will respond within the period the law establishes.
